At Metropolitan Endodontics, our dental team is great at communicating and making sure that every appointment goes as planned. Dr. Shambayati and Traci have been working together since 2003. Both Traci and Manisha are passionate about helping patients feel at-home when they visit our office. Because many of our patients are referred to us or choose us for specialty treatments, they understand that sometimes it can be nerve wracking to walk into a different dental office not knowing what to expect. But rest assured, our compassionate and understanding team will help you feel welcome and relaxed when you visit. Traci, Practice Manager
With over 23 years of experience both clinically and administratively, Traci is here to make sure your time at Metropolitan Endodontics is both efficient and productive. For her, helping people get exactly what they need is her primary goal every day. Traci has worked with Dr. Shambayati for over 17 years to be sure that goal is met. Traci is married with two children and does a lot of philanthropic work with The Epilepsy Foundation and Children’s National Hospital. She also likes to travel and experience different cultures through their food.
Manisha, Dental Assistant
Manisha has been with our practice since 2016, and she actually attended school in Nepal before graduating from the Metropolitan Institute of Health and Technology. Today, she is certified in dental radiology, infection control, CPR, and HIPAA. She and her husband Sunil have a young son, and when she isn’t at the office, she likes to relax by cooking and dancing (often at the same time!).
